I've just been appointed as the interim Regional Vice Chair for Region 2, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to those of you who don't know me. I'm grateful for this opportunity to get to know more of you.
I've been the Downstate Coordinator for my local group, Delaware Mensa, since February 2004, and a moderator of the GenX SIG's online community for the past year. I am excited to have the opportunity to serve Mensa on a regional level. I hope to continue the wonderful job that Marc has done.
Professionally, I am a pediatric private duty nurse. I work nights, and I normally use my downtime at work to answer my correspondence.
I hope to meet many of you at Mensa-lot and Solstice in the upcoming months, and hearing about your ideas for the region. Unfortunately, I will be forced to miss Liberty Bell because of the AMC meeting that same weekend in Rhode Island.
